PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-driven transmission for a motorcycle, in which a clutch always goes into a connected state after transmission has been completed, even if a worm reduction gear is used for making it compact in size. SOLUTION: Between the operation starting point of a shift rod 32 in a rotational range of the shift rod 32 and an drive starting point, in which an automatic release mechanism 18 is driven, an idling area 91, in which the shift rod 32 idles by a predetermined angle, is provided.
