PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multistory parking facility by which getting movement on and off an automobile at an entering and leaving space can be executed safely and easily, for example, in such a case that a person, who needs a wheelchair, drives the automobile by oneself. SOLUTION: In the multistory parking facility which is so constituted that vehicles V placed on pallets 1 and 10 can be parked at a plurality of floors in the upper and lower direction, and over a plurality of lines in the lateral direction, and in which entering and leaving spaces a, b, c, and d for the entering and leaving of the vehicles V are provided to at least one entering and leaving floor A among a plurality of the floors, getting on and off parts of the pallets 1 and 10 and the floor surfaces 12a adjacent to them are constituted to be almost flat in a state that the pallets 1 and 10 are arranged at the entering and leaving spaces a, b, c, and d, and, handrails 13 for getting on and off the vehicles V parked on the pallets 1 and 10 are provided.
