PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint part concealing device that can install a concealing sheet in the folding state even if using the cylindrical concealing sheet, smoothly expand the concealing sheet and positively impede the occurrence of an unnecessary folded part which causes damage. SOLUTION: This joint part concealing device 1 is composed of a cylindrical concealing sheet 8 arcuately bent at the center part, for expansively covering a joint part 2 of openings 4 formed to connect right and left buildings 3; fixtures for fitting both end parts of the concealing sheet 8 fixedly or slidably to the skeletons of the right and left buildings 3; and a concealing sheet center support mechanism 10 comprising a concealing sheet support mechanism 25 mounted to the center pivotal support part of a center maintaining mechanism 21 with both end parts fitted to the right and left skeletons on the lower side of the concealing sheet 8 at a part where the center part is positioned above at either upper or lower part of the concealing sheet 8. The concealing sheet support mechanism 25 normally supports the center part of the concealing sheet 8 to be positioned up and moves downward when load is applied to the concealing sheet 8.
