PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform reinforcement of high quality in a short time. SOLUTION: A column 2 is erected on a foundation 1, and two beams 3, 3 are extended along the foundation 1 from the lower end part of the column 2. A horizontal plate 5 is laid between two beams 3, 3, and a vertical plate 6 integral with the horizontal plate 5 is fixed abutting on the side faces of the column 2. The horizontal plate 5 is connected to the foundation 1 using a chemical anchor 13.
