PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for an adhesive having an excellent heat resistance, adhesion and forming property as the adhesive for bonding a thermotropic liquid crystal polymer layer with a polyolefin layer, and a laminated material of the thermotropic liquid crystal polymer layer with the polyolefin layer, excellent in forming property and barrier property by using the above resin composition for the adhesive. SOLUTION: This resin composition for the adhesive is obtained by containing (A) the thermotropic liquid crystal polymer and (B) the polyolefin, and the resin composition for the adhesive is also obtained by containing (C) an polyarylate or (D) a copolymer of an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative with the polyolefin in addition to the above components. The laminated material consisting of the thermotropic liquid crystal polymer layer and the polyolefin layer is also provided.
