摘要 <p>A sulfide-based inorganic solid electrolyte which is suppressed in the reaction of lithium with silicon sulfide even when it is contacted with lithium metal, characterized in that it is substantially composed of Li, P and S and contains no Si; a method for preparing the inorganic solid electrolyte; and a lithium cell component and a lithium secondary cell using the electrolyte. In particular, it is desirable that, in the boundary region between a lithium-containing material and the inorganic solid electrolyte, the amount of oxygen changes gradually from the inorganic solid electrolyte toward the lithium-containing material as analyzed by XPS in which an analysis chamber can be maintained at an ultra-high vacuum of 1.33 X 10-9 hPa or less, and an oxygen-containing layer on the surface of the lithium-containing material is almost removed. Such an electrolyte can be prepared by a method comprising overlapping the step of forming a film of the inorganic solid electrolyte with at least a part of the step of irradiating the surface of the substrate with an inert gas ion to etch the surface.</p>
