PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real time video-transmitting and receiving system and method, capable of reproducing a video whose movement is smooth by reducing the deterioration of an image. SOLUTION: A video-inputting device 1 outputs an input frame to a transmitter 2. A transmitter 2 divides the frame inputted from the video-inputting device 1 into a plurality of pictures by a video-dividing part 21, and compresses the divided pictures by a video--compressing part 22n, and transmits the divided unit data to a receiver 3 by a video-transmitting part 23n. The receiver 3 receives the divided unit data from the transmitter 2 by a video receiving part 32n, and develops the data by a video-developing part 33n, and synchronizes the divided unit data by a video synchronizing part 34, and synthesizes the data with the frame by a video-synthesizing part 35, and outputs the frame to a video outputting part 4. The video outputting device 4 displays the frame inputted form the receiver 3. |
