PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service which aims to call user's attention for car inspection by measuring driving time of the car. SOLUTION: A car 1 has a terminal 2 which can access to a service provider 3 thorough a communication network 4. When an engine of the car 1 is started, the terminal 2 sends a car ID to the service provider 3 at regular time intervals. The service provider 3 has a database 5, which registers an accumulated number of times accessed from the terminal 2 by the registered car ID and e-mail address of the car 1 user. The service provider 3 has a function, which regularly searches the database 5, specifies a car which has accumulated number of access times above a certain level, and informs the point of contact that the inspection is needed. It regards the figures of an access accumulating counter as an operating time of the car 1, and informs inspection menu and replacement information. |
