PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a customer of a licensed tax accountant and a licensed tax accountant to easily prepare and display financial statements. SOLUTION: The customer of the licensed tax accountant inputs journalizing information into a financial accounting system 34 of an application server 32 in a provider system 30 using a customer terminal 11 via the Internet 20. The accounting system 43 accumulates the journalizing information in a customer-by- customer accounting database 36 of a database server 35. The licensed tax accountant displays the journalizing information to the accounting system 34 and corrects it, using a licensed tax accountant terminal 12. The financial statements are also allowed to be prepared and displayed in the financial accounting system 34 from the customer terminal 11 and the accountant terminal 12. The journalizing information and the financial statements are allowed to be printed and data thereof are allowed to be downloaded. |
