PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger having a channel and a shape in the channel for agitating flow in upper and lower directions without increasing pressure loss and manufacturing costs, and drastically improving the heat transfer characteristics on the bottom surface, or on the channel bottom surface and channel upper surface. SOLUTION: The channel 125a of a water-cooling plate 110a has a zigzag shape including a section where a straight section continues, circles the entire region of an area where a heat generation element is arranged on the surface of the heat transfer surface of the water-cooling plate 110a, and is formed in a position relationship where the section between adjacent channels allow fluid to flow in different directions. Every two rib sections 70 having a shape of a hand drum are arranged continuously at each constant interval in each straight channel. The rib sections 7 induce a secondary three-dimensional turbulence flow in upper and lower directions to the main current of fluid (heat radiation water) flowing through the channel 125a at the downstream side to improve heat transfer characteristics by releasing the boundary layer on the bottom surface of the channel. |
