PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partially impregnated prepreg, capable of easily performing deaeration, and suitable for producing a large area member having a small number of voids with high productivity. SOLUTION: The partially impregnated prepreg consists of a sheet reinforced fiber layer and a matrix resin layer, wherein 40 vol.% or more of the reinforced fiber is not impregnated and area coverage of the matrix resin layer is in a range of 70-99%.
