PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a resonator is constituted between a wavelength error detection device and a semiconductor laser end surface in a wavelength lock optical system, to make a control signal unstable. SOLUTION: In a communication module with a wavelength lock, a polarizing control device is disposed between a wavelength error detection filter and the semiconductor laser to stabilize an error signal.
