PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge integrated with a latent image carrier and an intermediate transfer rotating body integrated cartridge capable of facilitating the maintenance and accomplishing the miniaturization of the device and the reduction of the cost, and also, capable of obtaining a good image, irrespective of a long transport and the cartridge left standing for a long time, and to provide an image forming device equipped with the cartridge, and to provide the image forming method. SOLUTION: A transfer nip width W between a photoreceptor drum 1 and an intermediate transfer belt 5 which are integrally formed as the cartridge A is set to be >=0.5 mm and <=8 mm, and developer left on the intermediate transfer belt 5 is electrified with a polarity opposite to that at a primary transfer time by a cleaning roller 9 for the intermediate transfer belt 5, and at the same time the primary transfer is performed, the electrified developer is returned from the intermediate transfer belt 5 to the photoreceptor drum 1.
