摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of a cost more than necessary due to an earlier maintenance, by accurately determine a life of a bearing and a maintenance timing. SOLUTION: In this active vibration control device, a speedometer 105 as a vibration detecting means for a fixed part 104 and an accelerometer 106 as a vibration detecting means for a movable part are provided, and an output of the accelerometer 106 serves as a drive signal source of a linear motor 100 having a permanent magnet magnetic circuit 101 and a coil 103 which are mounted to a direct acting table 102. In the linear motor 100, the magnetic circuit 101 serves as the movable part and the coil 103 serves as the fixed part. The movable part and the fixed part are supported by a supporting mechanism using a bearing. This active vibration control device comprises: a position detector 107 for detecting the relative position of the movable part and the fixed part; and a counter 211 which removes and rectifies a DC component of an output signal of the relative position detector 107 and thereafter carries out integration thereby obtaining integral travel distance information of the movable part.
