PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method capable of forming a concrete structure constructed in an excavation hole wit good workability in a short construction period at a low cost. SOLUTION: The construction method includes at least a foundation process, in which the ground is excavated to form an excavation hole 1, and leveling concrete 2 is placed in the excavation hole 1, an assembling process, in which a form 3 assembled with single units 4 made of a metal plate is formed on the leveling concrete 2, the single units 4 are connected to fixing sections 8 provided near the outside of the single units 4 via fasteners 5 each connecting two iron bars 6 with a turnbuckle 7, and the turnbuckles 7 are adjusted to support the single units 4 in a proper attitude, and a back-filling process, in which the excavation hole 1 is back-filled with excavation soil 9 prior to the placing of concrete 10 in the form 3.
