PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device which can constitute a high precision and high-speed feedback loop; an optical output control circuit using the same, and an electronic apparatus in the electronic device which controls output lights of a light-emitting device to output; the optical output control circuit using the same; and the electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: A light-receiving device 21 for outputting a detection signal in correspondence to incident light and a comparative amplifier circuit 22 which controls an input signal in correspondence to the detection signal detected by the light-receiving device 21 to output are provided on the same chip 31, and are accommodated in a package 32.
