PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device and an image forming device constituted so that the stability of a mechanical operation may be enhanced, and then, the life may be prolonged by eliminating the occurrence of wear powder between a terminal part and a resisting heat generating body and the occurrence of a noise due to spark discharge in terms of the structure. SOLUTION: A fixation nip part 28 for heating and melt-sticking an unfixed image 33 formed on a recording material P is constituted of a rotating fixing roller 21, a fixation belt 23 which is stretched to be laid between the roller 21 and a fixed heating body 22 equipped with the resisting heat generating body 27 arranged with an electric insulating layer 26 interposed, and a pressure member 24 which comes into contact with the fixation belt 23.
