<p>The invention concerns a method for desulphurizing a hydrocarbon mixture containing sulphur compounds, comprising an oxidising step with hydrogen peroxide, acetic acid and an acid catalyst to oxidise the sulphur compounds, wherein the catalyst contains an acid solid selected among cation-exchanging resins having a pKa not more than 4, among silicon oxide based solids further containing a trivalent metal, and among inorganic solid particles whereon acid organic groups have been grafted such that the thus grafted particles have a pKa not more than 4.</p> |
