摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of an advertisement, precision of an appealing target, and advertisement effect. SOLUTION: In an advertisement system 10 having advertisement information provided from an advertiser, when a user of a mobile communication terminal 21 is registered in membership as an active user 31 (step 200), an acquaintance of the active user 31 is also registered as a passive user 32 at the same time. After permission of the passive user 32 is confirmed (steps 201, 202), existence of the corresponding advertisement information is informed by an advertisement mail to the registered passive user 32 when the active user 31 browses the advertisement information on the advertisement system 10, and transmitted/ browsed mail address is recorded for every advertisement information for preventing overlapping delivery. Double registration of the active user 31 and the passive user 32 is allowed, and penetration of the advertisement information can be performed at a high speed interlockingly without any overlap between them. To the active user 31, a privilege (point) is given every time when the user views an advertisement or when the advertisement mail is transmitted (browsing confirmation) to the passive user 32.
