PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide prescribed service in response to a consumption of a consumable and a frequency of download in office equipment connected to a service center by a network, and make reduction of an expense in a user taken into consideration as a condition of the service hereinbefore. SOLUTION: A personal computer 11 executes preset accumulation processing in download, from a data center 2, of a data required for connection to the office equipment 12 when registered as a user, setting of discount of the office equipment or discount service of the consumable is executed in response to a result of the accumulation processing, and the office equipment is sold using the discount of the office equipment or the discount service of the consumable as the condition. |
