PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make possible quickly and accurately search a medical facility, which is the most suitable for the symptoms of an emergency case, by regularly grasping condition of available medical source of each medical facility. SOLUTION: The medical facility 1 (rep) regularly sends actual information of medical facility to a terminal for fire department 21 (or a home terminal 31 in a general house 3) in the fire department concerned 2 (and general house 3) through a communication center 4, a communication satellite 5, an emergency command center 6 (or a municipal center 7). When the fire department 2 receives a report of an emergency case, ambulance 22 is ordered out. A radio contact is received from the ambulance 22 and the terminal for the fire department 21 is used, then the medical facility, which can deal with the emergency case most suitably, is selected by checking the patient's symptom information and medical facility information. Then, the symptom information is sent and communicated to the selected medical facility through a dedicated Internet 10. |
