PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a job hunting support system having a semantic factor which is essentially provided in a resume and coping with the distribution through a network. SOLUTION: The job hunting support system is provided with a user registration means which receives job applicant information to be used for registration of a user to identify a position of a job applicant from many and unspecified job applicant terminals and performs registration of a user, a user authentication means to authenticate a registrant at a request from the job applicant terminal, a resume receiving means to receive a resume in which a layout of career information is created from a job applicant terminal, a conversion means to convert the resume received by the resume receiving means into a plurality of file formats so as to communicate an individuality of the job applicant represented in the resume layout, a means to store a resume data file converted by the file conversion means in a database, and a resume retrieval and display means to retrieve a data file stored by the file storing means and display it. |
