PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rental car collection planning system for quickly collecting a left rental car at a low cast. SOLUTION: Inquiry information about a collection car to be collected inputted with a collector ID by a cellular phone 32 is received by an inquiry receiving part 14. In this receipt, a collection route retrieving part 16 finds a present location of a collector from a navigation system 28, searches present locations of all collection cars as collection objectives from a database 20a, finds transferring means used for transfer through respective routes from the present location of the collector to the present locations of all the cars, and retrieves transfer costs necessary for use of the transferring means from the database 24 or 26. A labor cost proportional to the transferring time of the collector is found by using a unit cost of a labor cost retrieved from a database 20b. The present location of the collection car of the lowest cost among the total transfer cost for each route including the transfer cost and the labor cost is found, and the present location and the transferring means for this car are transmitted to the cellular phone 32 from a collection instruction transmitting part 18. |
