SOLUTION: Mobile communication terminal equipment 1 transmits the identification information of the user and information of the digital contents desired to be purchased, to an authentication server unit 3. The server unit 3 transmits purchase approval information to the mobile communication terminal equipment 1 when admitting the purchase of the digital contents assigned by the user of the identification information. The terminal equipment 1 transmits the purchase approval information to a settlement server unit 5. The settlement server unit 5 carrys out charge settlement when the purchase approval information is determined correct by the authentication server unit 3, and transmits the digital contents to the mobile communication terminal equipment 1. |
