PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication apparatus, its communication method and a wireless communication system employing the same, wherein a slave, which has become a dynamic master, communicates with other slaves while using the same frequency-hopping sequence and clock of its original master, saving the time for the dynamic master to transmit its own frequency- hopping sequence and clock to its slaves. SOLUTION: The master unit instructs one of its slave devices to act as a dynamic master unit for a predetermined time and transfers Piconet information defining the slave devices connected to a network. The slave unit receives from its master device the piconet information defining other slave devices connected to the same network, to communicate with other slave devices on the network as an ad hoc master for the predetermined time.
