PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the trouble of form release and construction of an inte rior backing board and a heat insulating material and in its turn to attain curtailment of building material, shortening of a construction period and reduc tion of construction cost. SOLUTION: In constructing the T-type beam slab S with beams S2 integrally formed at prescribed spaces on the lower face side of a flat slab S1 , the interior backing boards 1 serving as a form are laid all over to the lower face height of the T-type beam slab S, and a heat insulating embedded material 2 filled between the beams S2 is arranged and fixed onto the backing board 1 to place concrete.
