PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon fiber woven fabric free from unevenness in widths of carbon fiber bundles of warp yarn and weft yarn, having low shedding rate, excellent in liability to be impregnated with a resin and having good appearance quality. SOLUTION: This carbon fiber woven fabric is obtained by weaving warp yarn and weft yarn each composed of carbon fiber bundles obtained by bundling a plurality of carbon fiber monofilaments. In the woven fabric, variance (%) of yarn width of weft yarn and warp yarn calculated by measuring yarn width at respective arbitrary (n) places of weft yarn and warp yarn and using the following formula (1) from the resultant measured values a1 to an of yarn width and average value x of these measured values are each <=10%.
