PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gearing for flow measurement capable of measuring a flow, even under high pressure and which for which a fluid will not leak out to the outside. SOLUTION: This gearing 10 for flow measurement generally comprises a housing 12, a pair of gears 14 and 14 mounted within the housing 12, first O-rings 16 disposed in both side surfaces of each gear 14, second O-rings 18 each disposed between a shaft 14a of each gear 14 and the housing 12, and a sensor 20 for measuring the amount of rotation of the shafts 14a of the gears 14. The fluid moves from an inlet 12c of the housing toward an outlet 12d thereof, by the rotation of the gears. The amount of moving fluid is precisely measured by the amount of rotation of the gears 14. The pressure of grease inside the first O-rings 16 efficiently cancels that of the fluid.
