The multistrand conducting cable (9,9') is formed by a determined number (N) of conducting strands (10) all of which have substantially the same cross-section and each of which is electrically insulated from the neighbouring strands. Said conducting strands consist of a first series (N1) made up of several individual strands which are electrically insulated (1) and a second series (N2) of bare strands (2). The cable is made up of a stack of at least two successive coaxial layers of conducting strands (10) having a circular cross-section, said layers being disposed around a central conducting strand (3, 4) and forming a structure such that the difference in the number of strands between two consecutive layers is equal to six. Such a cable is used in the production of high-current inductance coils. |
