PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress installation cost of a power transmission and distribution server and wasteful fuel consumption, supply power at low cost, stabilize a power system, and set a load rate of the facility at a level close to an optimum efficiency of an apparatus. SOLUTION: The power transaction system contains a means S2 by which a power transmission and distribution server proposes a consumer to suppress power consumption via a two-way communication unit, a means S3 by which a consumer bids suppressible power consumption and set-up time to the power transmission and distribution servers via the two-way communication unit in response to the proposal for suppression of power consumption, and a means S8 by which the transmission and distribution server bills the consumer based upon the suppression of power consumption corresponding to the bid. |
