SOLUTION: This proxy server includes one or more service providing processing means, a set storage device for storing set information with respect to one or more service providing processing means for every user, and a set information notifying means that responds to a request from a user terminal or a response from other Web servers and notifies at least one means of the one or more service providing processing means about the set information of the user stored in the storage device. At least one means of the one or more service providing processing means performs service related to the request from the user terminal or the response from the other Web server according to the user set information. In this way, the epoxy server provides each user with service corresponding to the user set information.
