PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electric field light-emitting element drivable at a low voltage and superior in a heat resistance. SOLUTION: A light-emitting layer 5 pinched by a positive electrode 2 and a negative electrode 7 is formed on a substrate 1, and a positive hole injection layer 3 is formed between the light-emitting layer 5 and the positive electrode 2. The positive hole injection layer 3 contains fluorene containing aromatic amine high polymer having a specific structure and weight average molecular weight of 1,000 to 1,000,000, and contains an electron-accepting compound.
