PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat resistance and fire resistance. SOLUTION: One end of an anchor body 8 having an internal screw part 8a into which a mounting bolt 7 is screwed, and one end of a mounting bolt penetrating body 9 through which the mounting bolt 7 is inserted, are connected by a joint 10 through which the mounting bolt 7 is inserted. A burial depth limiting body 11 engaged with the peripheral part of a hole 3a of a concrete structure 3 to limit the burial depth of the anchor body 8 is detachably mounted to the other end of the mounting bolt penetrating body 9, and a cap 12 is fitted to the other end of the anchor body 8. The anchor body 8 and the mounting bolt penetrating body 9 are formed of an inorganic material, and the respective integrated members 8-12 are buried in the hole 3a, placing the cap 12 at the tip, through an adhesive fixing material 13 formed of an inorganic material.
