PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a water-dispersion type fluoric copolymer composition which exhibits stable water/oil repellency even in the processing conditions at low temperatures and high speeds and which in addition is excellent in adhesiveness after the processing of imparting the water/oil repellency. SOLUTION: A water-dispersion type fluoric copolymer composition comprising a copolymer that contains the polymeric unit of a monomer having a polyfluoroalkyl group and one polymerizable unsaturated group, an ammonium salt and an aqueous medium.
