<p>The invention relates to a rolling assembly E, comprising a tyre (1) with at least two beads (11), a quasi-cylindrical rim J and a hoop (2) made from a polymeric material having two axial edges, both of which are reinforced by at least one ring. A central part is disposed between said edges which is reinforced by at least one structure of reinforcing elements such that said part is sufficiently flexible to allow the radial movement of a clamping element that acts in conjunction with the complementary element of the same name for rim J of axial width W. Said invention is characterised in that the reinforcement on each edge of the hoop (2) takes the form of a hoop hook (21) with a seat (210) and a flange (211), said hooks (21), seats (210) and flanges (211) being similar to the rim hooks, seats and flanges and having radial and axial dimensions that comply with current standards. Rim width W is smaller than the axial distance L that axially separates the internal ends of the seats (210) of the hoop (2).</p> |
