A fluoride resin film having on a surface (13) a fluoride resin coat film (11) formed on the coated surface (6) of a metal substrate (5) constituting an article (1), wherein the surface of the fluoride resin coat film (11) is formed with a plurality of distributively disposed compacted regions (15). And the fluoride resin film forming the compacted regions (15) is provided on the inner surface (2) of the article (1). The surface (13) positioned in the compacted region (15) is smoothed and lustered, thereby making it possible to prevent degradation of the mold releasability of the surface (13) even if the fluoride resin coat film (11) is insufficiently heated during drying treatment.
