In accordance with the present invention, there is provided a method of pest management (18) and crop certification (24) of crops (12a, 12b, 12c) by a grower (10a, 10b, 10c). The method includes gathering pest sampling data (14 ) in connection with a crop of the grower, the pest sampling data including locational information (26a, 26b) thereof. The gathered pest sampling data i s transmitted to a pest sampling database (database). The pest sampling databa se includes pest sampling data regarding respective crops from a plurality of other growers. The pest sampling database is in electrical communication wit h pest management analysis (18, 20) which is received by the grower (10c). The crop is harvested (22) and a crop certification (24) is received regarding t he crop based upon the generated pest management analysis.
