PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an incentive for elimination of illegal dumping, purification of global environment, effective utilization of limited resources, recycling, and reduction of waste materials. SOLUTION: An introduction system is provided with a means for storing information of a licensed carrier carrying waste materials, a means for storing information of a licensed disposer disposing waste materials, and a means for storing a priority information of the licensed carrier or the licensed disposer to be introduced. When the prescribed request contents are inputted, the applicable information for the licensed carrier and the licensed disposer are extracted and the licensed carrier and the licensed disposer are combined in descending order of priority and introduced. |
