PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic generating system for questionnaire forms, which automatically generates questionnaire forms necessary for market research with a simple method. SOLUTION: An automatic generating system for questionnaire forms is composed of a host computer 1, which has an input device 4, a micro computer circuit unit 7 that includes CPU 5 and a buffer memory 6, a hard disc 8 and a display 9, and a plurality W devices 2. The host computer 1 and the terminal devices 2 are connected through a network 3. The hard disc 8 stores form- generation software 10 for question item tables, form-generation software 11 for questionnaire covers, and automatic generating software 12 for questionnaire forms. |
