<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new 3'-4' crosslinked oligonucleotide analog and its intermediate product, a new 3'-4' crosslinked nucleotide analog, as a nonnatural type oligonucleotide analog having not only antiviral and antitumor activities but also an excellent antisense activity and the like, being stable in vivo and causing less side effects. SOLUTION: This oligoadenylic acid analog comprises, a compound represented by formula 1 [wherein R<1> and R<2> are the same or different and are each H, phosphate group, hydroxy group, mercapto group, amino group, alkoxy group, alkylthio group, or each of said protective groups and the like; A is a 1-4C alkylene group; B is purin-9-yl group, 2-oxo-1,2-dihydropyrimidin-1-yl group, substituted purin-9-yl group or substituted 2-oxo-1,2-hydropyrimidin-1-yl group], or its salt.</p> |
