<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the waterproof performance within a core wire portion. SOLUTION: For the connector equipped with a terminal 25 connected by a core wire caulking portion 35 caulked to a core wire portion 5 to an end of a covered conductor 9 whose core wire portion 5 is exposed by a prescribed length by peeling a cover portion 7, and a housing portion 27 composed of a synthetic resin, which covers the outer periphery of the terminal 25 and encloses the end of the covered conductor 9 in the interior of the housing 27, the core wire caulking portion 35 is composed of a plurality of caulking portions 39, 41 formed in a longitudinal direction of the terminal 25, and the core wire portion 5 is exposed from the peripheries of the plurality of the caulking portions 39, 41 by the prescribed area in a state caulked to the core wire portion 5 to enclose the synthetic resin into the core wire portion 5 when the housing 27 is formed.</p> |
