PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turn regulator enabling blade plates to be temporarily fixed in a state of pointing in one direction so as not to be freely turned, when a door is mounted by a hinge having the blade plates on right and left sides. SOLUTION: Structurally, both ends of a main body 1 are provided with fitting parts 2 and 3 which are fitted into upper edge parts, close to a pivot 4, of the blade plates 5 and 6 of the hinge, which are coupled turnably via the pivot 4, in order to couple and fix the right and left blade plates 5 and 6. When the door is mounted, mounting of the turn regulator on the hinge inhibits free turns of the blade plates 5 and 6 so as to enable the blade plates 5 and 6 to be fixed in the state of pointing in a given direction. This can facilitate mounting work for the door.
