PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunction caused by noise current generated from an output terminal of an optical reception device. SOLUTION: This device comprises a semiconductor integrated circuit equipped with: a current-voltage conversion means, which inputs current pulse signals outputted from photo diodes through a first wire and converts them into voltage signals; a voltage amplifying means, which amplifies the voltage signals from the current-voltage conversion means; a voltage comparison means, which compares the voltage signals outputted from the voltage amplifying means with an arbitrary voltage level and outputs the result of comparison as voltage detection pulse signals; a timing generation means, which generates a first timing signal having an arbitrary pulse width and a second timing signal having an arbitrary pulse width by making the voltage detection pulse signals from the voltage comparison means as input; a voltage comparison output control means, which controls the output of the voltage comparison means by making the first timing signal as input; and an output means, which conducts wave reforming and outputs output pulse signals to external devices by making the second timing signal as input. The output of the semiconductor integrated circuit is configured to be outputted through a second wire. |
