PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a quantity of a substance included in a solution quickly and correctly. SOLUTION: The target sample solution and, one or two or more kinds of calibration solutions prepared separately are supplied from mutually independent channels through a feed unit provided with a function whereby a discharge quantity and a discharge interval can be controlled arbitrarily and instantaneously to a reaction spot of a predetermined measuring apparatus. Substances included in the sample solution and the calibration solution are made to react with each other in the reaction spot. An equivalence point of the reaction is detected by an arbitrary detector, and at the same time, a volume of each solution supplied up to the equivalence point is obtained synchronously with the movement of the feed unit. The quantity of the substance included in the target sample solution is detected in this manner. |
