PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerosol composition that is readily produced even in high concentration of an effective ingredient to provide a superior feeling on its usage, and a downsized aerosol product being enable to exhaust the aerosol composition in a foamed type and having equivalent or more properties than those of the conventional products. SOLUTION: The aerosol composition comprises at least, 40 to 90% by weight of aqueous components and 10 to 60% by weight of oil components and the aerosol product comprises an aerosol container filled with the composition, which can discharge the composition in foamy state. |
