PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural ventilating device ideal for a multistoried office building. SOLUTION: An exterior wall 10 of an office A of the multistoried building 1 is provided with a window 11, and an eaves part 20 is projected outward from an upper wall part 10a of the window 11. A lower space B of the eaves part 20 is arranged to communicate with the office A by a ventilation trunk 24 which is constituted as follows. A void space 26 is formed recessed at the lower face of the eaves part 20, and the bottom face of the void space 26 is covered with a cover plate 27. An outside air inlet 28 is opened upward in the base part of the cover plate 27, and an inlet chamber 31 extending in U- shape is formed on the upper side of the outside air inlet 28. An outlet chamber 38 is arranged at the by-the-window part of a ceiling space C of the office A, and an inclined way 40 of the outlet chamber 38 is formed obliquely down toward the center of the office A. An outside air outlet 52 is provided at the lower end of the inclined way 40, and the outside air outlet 52 is almost horizontally opened near a ceiling face E.
