ROAD PAVING STRUCTURE AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road paving structure laid with a water permeable paving member having voids at the inside as, a paving part of a road. SOLUTION: The paving part of the road paving structure is constituted of a water permeable phase made of a water permeable paving member and a water retaining phase impregnated with a water retaining member into the water permeable paving member. The water permeable phase or the water retaining phase is dispersed in a plane direction of the surface of the road.
