<p>The present invention disclose the use of N-acetyl-D-glucosamine in the manufacture of pharmaceutical useful for treating cardio-cerebrovascular anoxemia. N-acetyl-D-glucosamine is able to notably prolong the life time of experimental animal under the condition of cerebrovascular ischemia and the environment of normal pressure and oxygen deficit, to reduce the degree of encephaledema after reperfusion in cerebrovascular ischemia and the other symptom of neural behavior.</p> |
