DEVICE AND METHOD FOR WINDING THREAD FOR SPANDEX

PURPOSE: A device and a method for winding a thread for the spandex are provided to reduce costs by reusing a bobbin wound with a thread. CONSTITUTION: A frame member(20) is formed in a rectangular shape. Both ends of a rotating tube(30) are combined to front and rear portions of the frame member. Guide roller bars(40,41) are fixed with front and rear portions of the frame member. Plural bobbins(10) are placed in the rotating tube. The rotating tube is rotated by a drive motor(50). A thread guide bar(60) has rings(61) for guiding a thread. A thread guide unit(70) guides the winding of the thread unwound from one bobbin on another bobbin by reciprocating the thread guide bar.
