PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a setting value for each imaging device so that discontinuity between images photographed by a plurality of imaging devices is lowered. SOLUTION: Respective set values (set values for a sample) are obtained from respective CCD cameras. By means of a PC, a mean value of the set values transmitted from the respective CCD cameras via a distributor is computed from the set values to be set as a set value for all of the CCD cameras. The found mean value is transmitted to the respective CCD cameras via the distributor to be reset as a set value for each of the CCD cameras.
